WHAT PEOPLE ARE SAYING ABOUT CROWS CALLING

Tony Stone  from Texas

"If there are two things that I really like it is a good mystery and a
good comedy; something to keep you quessing and keep you laughing along the way. This book has both in spades. Throw in the Texas background, and how can you go wrong? You can't. I hope there is more to come from this promising new author."

A Crackin' Good Texas Tale, February 24, 2004

"I have been an avid reader for more years than I care to recall.
During that time, having read thousands of novels of every genre
needless to say there have been as many bombs as wonders. This novel, Crows Calling, would fall, or I should say, leap, into the wonder class.

I found it a great story filled with vivid characters, riveting story,
lots of excitement, intrigue, mystery, and most of all, and
underlying, earthy Texas humor.

Being a retired cop and lifelong Texan, I found many characters that I have known in my professional and personal life to be in Crows Calling. If you want days of fun reading, a great cliff hanger that will take you to the Texas hill country, then don't miss this one.

I can't wait for the next one from this lady."

 I wanted more!, February 24, 2004

A reader  from Portland, Oregon
'The author weaves a murderous tale while sprinkling the book with her unusual comedy. By the time I had finished the book, I was ready to read her next one. Her descriptions of the characters kept me interested and always intrigued. Even though early on, we know who the murderer is, the plot unravels in a way that is truly original.

I loved her fiendish pair of antagonists. That is where most of the
comedy took root. Because of her ability to combine humor with evil in these characters, at times I found myself in the most unusual situation of not knowing whether to laugh or cry; I did both!

You will not be disappointed if you purchase this book, and will find yourself a fan like me wanting more."
